Guardian Light Walker achtung-panzer Wake IslandAfter a personal request from Churchill to Roosevelt a number of Coyote light walkers were shipped to the United Kingdom in late 1946. Many were immediately deployed to the frontlines unmodified as the Guardian Mark I. While generally proving successful, reports from the field concluded that the Guardian's armament was lacking for its intended role as an infantry support vehicle. To address this a flamethrower was mounted in the walkers left arm.
