As you can see, the Expanded format has access to far more powerful cards, which is great because if you want to mix things up, you can learn both Standard and Expanded formats

Thankfully, the card does not appear to be coming off the Forbidden & Limited List any time soon, and it should not, as it would be played in any deck that can make use of its strong effects
